A sister product to Shirley J’s Universal Sauce Mix, the White Cheddar Sauce gives your sauces a perfect tangy flavor every time, with the mouth-watering goodness of white cheddar. Use in any recipe application where you would want a cheese flavored cream sauce. Soups, sauces, gravies casseroles, mac and cheese, nachos, can all be simple and so delicious!
INGREDIENTS: Creamer (sunflower oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, mono and triglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, algin), Modified Food Starch, Wheat Flour, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Chicken Fat, Salt, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Silicon Dioxide, Sugar, Onion Powder, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extracts.

This sauce made a tasty and easy dish. I added rotini pasta and cooked it with the sauce as it thickened. I added some frozen peas once the pasta was tender. My husband loved how creamy and delicious it was and asked to see if there were any leftovers the next day. This is from a man that doesn’t “do” leftovers- so this is a huge compliment to how yummy this was. I’m going to add more to my pantry for easy emergency meal
